For the best fit please add 2 inches to a youth's waist size. For example, a person whose waist size is 22 inches would wear a Medium (24) in JT Spencer belts. For odd sized waists please add 3 inches to the belt size (ie. 25 inch waist wears an Extra Large (28) inch JT Spencer belt).
